At the beginning of 2024, we held an internal pre-season meeting for 2.5 days in which 8 nations and 37 employees took part. A lot of knowledge was exchanged and passed on in workshops, presentations and discussions.

And most importantly: we all got to know each other better and team cohesion was significantly strengthened. This will help us to stay calmer in stressful situations and work better together.
