3D mesh
A 3D mesh is a fully automated visualisation of the project area based on nadir and oblique aerial images.
The 3D mesh is calculated using the "SURE" software from nFrames, with whom we have been working closely for several years.
After the automatic generation of the 3D mesh, a manual quality check is carried out by our experienced photogrammetric evaluators. Gross errors, such as holes in the water or the façade, strong deformations due to reflective surfaces or repetitive structures, are corrected manually. Thanks to the oblique camera angles (approx. 45°), house façades are captured very well.
