Stereo plotting

Stereo plotting is the reconstruction of 3D objects from corresponding points in 2D images.

Classical stereo plotting is carried out with a stereo visualisation system. At our location in Imst, we employ four photogrammetric operators who specialise in the evaluation of a wide variety of roofs, complex building structures, etc.

If oblique aerial images are also available for evaluation, then there are new possibilities for evaluation. Of course, these oblique aerial images can also be used by our photogrammetric operators by means of stereoscopic evaluation. A new possibility for photogrammetric evaluation, even by the 'layman', is possible through our specially programmed browser-based CaptureCat software.
